When Fashion Become Liberting

It is no secret how fashion has been used as a feminist tool for decades . Throughout the history women have used fashion to express and assert themselves and to take a stand. But having this opportunity to flaunt your style online with people 'known' or 'unknown' is amazingly liberating.

Fashion is fleeting. There is a constant search for novelty and that makes it mandatory for trends to always keep changing. At the same instance, the wide reach and popularity of internet and social media have given people the freedom to break rules and not be afraid to go bold with their fashion choices.

Should we call it millennial freedom- a place where they don't really have to worry about accommodating reality? So while fashion can come and go we don't have to get stuck in trends. That's in no way to suggest that trends have become obsolete. They are important but this opportunity to redefine our approach to style and showcase it to the world has made us all a fashion leader in our right.

People no longer wait for fashion leaders to find out what's going to be in and out of style. We define our own style- 'a style that is season-less, a style that is non-confirming, a style that gives us the chance and opportunity to be unabashedly ourselves'; share it with the world and connect with those having similar take on fashion.

The popularity of social media platforms have indeed given 'girl power' a new and wider audience and we are doing everything to assert on the importance of feeling free to wear what feels sexy.
This feeling is so fabulously liberating.
